Where can I purchase the GUPPY?

USA residents can purchase on our website (floraguppy.com) and we offer free 4-5 business day tracked USPS delivery on orders over $30 USD. We process your order the same day it is received and forward a tracking number.

Amazon.com for USA and global purchases. Amazon has a worldwide network which offers the fastest, lowest price shipping and guarantee safe delivery.

What is the benefit of purchasing on our website?

Our liberal 120-day return policy allows you to familiarize using the GUPPYs without rushing a decision.

How many sizes does the GUPPY come in?

One standard size of 4" or 10cm will fit vase openings of 3 to 10".

What size bouquet can ONE GUPPY make?

A GUPPY can accomodate a small table top arrangement with a few stems to a very large arrangement. (See 'Sabine Darral' Video)

How does one size fit all home vases?

The GUPPY does an equivalent job of a 'rubber band'. Example: when you buy fresh broccoli, the bunch single stems are bound together using a rubber band creating an hourglass profile. If you were to place the GUPPY into a vase, it is the top-spread or CANOPY that rest on the vase rim- NOT the GUPPY. This is the 'Simple Principle' of 'How the GUPPY works'.

The GUPPY can be reshaped with warm water to fit smaller or 'unique' shaped vases. Half a GUPPY can also be used to fit a 2" vase opening.

Is assembly required?

Yes. The GUPPY comes in 2 equal half spheres. One half sphere has 8 connection TABS which snap snug into 8 connection slots.

Can the GUPPY be used for silk and dried flowers?

Yes. The GUPPY is the BEST arranging tool. No more hot glue (and burns). The best feature of the GUPPY, every stem of the silk and dried flowers is not glued into position and can be easily repurposed for new arrangements. No damage to the original stems.

Is the plastic safe & recyclable?

Our exclusive malleable plastic formula has received the 'Approved Certified Standard' from SGS (General Society of Surveillance) a Swiss multinational company headquartered in Geneva, which provides inspection, verification, testing and certification services globally. SGS certification is recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity.

How long does a GUPPY last?

Our proprietary plastic formulation has been meticulously engineered for durability, ensuring an extended lifespan with repeated use while maintaining its essential functional properties. While it is difficult to precisely determine the product’s longevity due to the variety of conditions in which it may be utilized, the only notable change observed is a slight reduction in its transparency. However, given that the FloraGUPPY is typically placed within a bouquet, this loss of clarity remains inconspicuous, as it is effectively 'camouflaged' by the surrounding stems.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard tracked shipping on our website. For those interested in quicker delivery options within the United States, you can also purchase our products through amazon.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard Tracked Shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

How much does shipping cost?

US orders under $30 USD will incur a shipping fee of $3.95. All US orders over $30 USD qualify for free shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team with your order number, and we’ll assist in tracking it down.
